Effective date: May 12, 2026Aubrey AI

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules for using Aubrey, including the hosted agent runtime, website, app, email addresses, messaging gateways, calendar features, schedules, memory, skills, shared agents, and integrations.

Please read them carefully before using Aubrey.

Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Aubrey. By creating an account, accessing the website or app, messaging an Aubrey agent, connecting an integration, or otherwise using Aubrey, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Aubrey on behalf of a company, household, team, or other group, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that group and to manage the information you provide to Aubrey.

The service

Aubrey is a hosted personal AI agent service. It can help with everyday tasks such as drafting and summarizing messages, processing forwarded emails, creating reminders, managing Aubrey calendar events, running recurring check-ins, keeping lists, remembering user-approved preferences, learning reusable skills, and coordinating with invited people.

Aubrey is not a human assistant, professional advisor, emergency service, medical provider, legal provider, financial advisor, or regulated decision maker. You are responsible for reviewing important output before relying on it.

Accounts and access

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account, agents, invited-user access, integration connections, email aliases, calendar feed links, and messaging pairings.
  • You may not share access in a way that bypasses Aubrey permissions or exposes another person's information without authorization.
  • You must promptly revoke shared links, integrations, or invited access if they are no longer authorized.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit to Aubrey, including prompts, emails, messages, files, calendar details, lists, memory, skills, and integration data. You grant Aubrey the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, store, secure, and otherwise use that content to provide and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide content to Aubrey and to instruct Aubrey to process, send, store, or share it.

AI output

  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, offensive, or unsuitable for your situation.
  • Similar prompts from you or other users may produce similar output.
  • You are responsible for evaluating output before using it, especially for important communications, travel, health, legal, financial, employment, safety, or other consequential matters.
  • Do not rely on Aubrey as the only source of truth for deadlines, emergencies, compliance obligations, or professional advice.

Actions, schedules, and messages

Aubrey can perform actions when you instruct it to do so, including sending owner emails, replying in authorized threads, creating calendar events, updating lists, and scheduling future or recurring agent runs. You are responsible for the instructions you give and the consequences of authorized actions.

Scheduled work may depend on third-party providers, model availability, delivery channels, network access, and system reliability. Aubrey may fail, delay, skip, or cancel scheduled work when required for safety, abuse prevention, product limits, or operational reasons.

Shared agents and collaboration

If you invite other people to use an agent, share a list, pair a messaging group, or authorize a collaboration thread, those people may see or contribute information in that shared context. You are responsible for choosing who gets access and for removing access when it should end.

Do not use Aubrey to disclose another person's private information unless you have the right to do so.

Integrations and third-party services

Aubrey may connect with third-party services such as email, messaging, calendar, model, OAuth, hosting, or integration providers. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Aubrey is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their data handling, or changes they make to APIs, pricing, permissions, or policies.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Aubrey for unlawful, harmful, abusive, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or privacy-invasive activity.
  • Do not attempt to access another tenant, account, agent, conversation, credential, run, storage object, or system without authorization.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, safety policies, authentication, tenant isolation, tool restrictions, or integration permissions.
  • Do not use Aubrey to generate or distribute malware, spam, phishing, credential theft, exploit instructions, or other harmful content.
  • Do not use Aubrey for high-risk decisions that legally require a licensed professional, human review, or regulated decision process.
  • Do not submit secrets, regulated data, or highly sensitive information unless you have authority and accept the risk of processing that information through Aubrey and its providers.

Plans and payment

If Aubrey offers paid plans, you agree to pay the fees shown at purchase and any applicable taxes. Paid features, limits, prices, and billing terms may change prospectively with reasonable notice. Unless required by law or stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable.

Aubrey intellectual property

You may give feedback, suggestions, or ideas. Aubrey may use that feedback without restriction or obligation to you.

Privacy

The Aubrey Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. By using Aubrey, you also agree to the data practices described in that policy.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Aubrey if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, failed to pay applicable fees, or used Aubrey in a way that may create legal, security, or abuse risk. You may stop using Aubrey at any time.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aubrey AI from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, your instructions to Aubrey, your use of the service, your integrations, your shared-agent access decisions, or your violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory law requires otherwise.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Aubrey changes. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the product, by email, or by another reasonable method. Continued use of Aubrey after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
